    CRM does not provide this functionality as of now. This is sample Scenario.

    Hi ,

    We don't have individual security role for Activities like Email,Appointment, Fax,Phone,Task etc..

    Would be good, if CRM have this feature as unsupported customization creates perforamance problems for Banking, financial service customers.

  • Alert for customer when technician reached Site

    Hello,

    Now days people are working on multiple tasks this impacts technician to wait for customer /right customer contact once he reached site. 

    In these scenarios , if system triggers alert to customer then he will be ready explain issue or arrange right person to assist technician job. 

    This will reduce technician wait time and complete his job with out diversions.

    Currently we have good user experience for Operations compare to Older versions Whilst would be great ,if we can provide guided user experience like CRM or more than advanced user experience ?

    Hi,

    Would be good ,if we can provide option to add custom resource types and customize resource types..

    Currently we have following options and cannot change label names and cannot add new options.

    1. Generic
    2. Contact
    3. Account
    4. User
    5. Group
    6. Equipment

  • Auto filter for Resource Group Calendar

    Hi ,

    Would be good ,if we can display resource group calendar during Schedule?

    Scenario:

    I have created group using field engineers, facilities, equipment etc.. Now I ‘d like to schedule group for a case/opty ,for particular time. Currently we don’t have option to display visuals during schedule.

  • Sync CRM Users Calendar with Schedule Board

    Hi,

    Would be good ,if we have sync between CRM licensed users calendars ( who have sync with outlook) and resources to Schedule board .

    Currently we are booking resource type=user but this activity will not sync with CRM user calendar .
