    Restrict view by security roles

    One of the common requirements from customers is to be able to enable security roles on individual components within entities especially views. Very often views are created for Dashboards and while Dashboards can be restricted by security role, the underlying view stays visible within list of views.

    Azure Key Vault integration to support new Customer Managed Keys scenarios

    Currently customers can choose 2 options, Microsoft Managed Keys and Customer Managed Keys (BYOK or PFX). All fine but some customers would rather use their Azure Key Vault (already setup and running for Data Export Service) so they can manage this new Key from the same vault towards the Dynamics data. So would it be possible to integrate Customer Azure Key Vault in the Admin portal so a key can be used from the customers Key Vault directly? This enables them secret and key management from 1 central location. Easier to setup, monitor and maintain (eg. key rotation).

    Ability to have "Open in a new tab" when right-clicking in a CRM list

    Scenario: I am a System Admin. My IE browser settings are set so it does NOT switch to new tabs when they are created. When writing workflows, I forgot to check the "Automatically delete completed workflow job (to save disk space)" checkbox on the Administration tab in my workflows. I want to make this change to all my (relevant) workflows and immediately reactivate them.

    It would nice if I could right click the workflows (or any item that appears in a list), have them open in a new tab (since my settings don't automatically switch to the new tab). That way, I could narrow my scope; 1] I don't want to accidentally activate a workflow that is currently in draft status (and needs to remain so) and 2] it's easy to lose my place in the list when the focus auto-switches to the new tab.

    Currently the only options when I right-click a record are: Open, Copy a Link, Email a Link, Print, and Refresh List.

    System Hang During Load of Business Rules in Forms (Spinning Wheels)

    When a form is loading, it sometimes hangs and shows a spinning wheel.
    If we go back to previous page and open it again, it will work.

    In F12 Developer Tools, we can see this error
    Uncaught TypeError: Mscrm.TurboForm.Control.CustomScriptsManager.$1g.contentWindow[$v_0.$77_1] is not a function

    We tried to use 'Legacy Form Rendering', but it did NOT fix the issue.

    Activity Status in Timeline Control

    New timeline control does not show the Activity Status therefore it is hard to differentiate whether it is actionable or not at the first sight.

    CRM 2016 boolean field shown as false/true not yes or no

    all boolean fields which are not set to yes or no yet, are shown as False or true (it depents which is the default value) instead of Yes or no.
    Thats confusing for the users.

    Notes do not support Carriage Returns

    When you type text on a Note on a Case (or other entity) and use a Carriage return to space lines, the Carriage returns are not recognized and all the text runs together.

    Carriage returns are recognized in Notes in the native Dynamics CRM Notes on forms.

    Before update to 10.0.14 Privilege Maintain contact person entity was sufficient to update smmContactPersonV2Entity. However after the update to 10.0.14 customer is receiving error "Error: User 'xxxxx' is not authorized to delete a record in table 'HCMPERSONPRIVATECITIZENSHIPDETAILS'. Request denied.; Error: Cannot edit a record in Private citizenship details (HcmPersonPrivateCitizenshipDetails).\nAccess Denied: You do not have sufficient authorization to modify data in the database.." Privilege Maintain contact person entity should be sufficient to update smmContactPersonV2Entity however now after updating to 10.0.14 we need to add privilege Maintain contact private details to our custom role as workaround for this. It would be better if the update contact be possible with Privilege Maintain contact person and not adding Maintain contact private details as it used to be in 10.0.13 and earlier versions
