Financial Reporter - Ability to have custom FO Fields available for use in FR
We have custom fields (additional Main account categories) in D365FO and would like to be able to see and use those in Financial Reporter. As an example, we can see and use Main account category on our Row definitions, but we have added 2 additional Main Account Category fields to our accounts to provide additional reporting capabilities. We would like to be able to see these in FR and report from them. We are have extended the standard data entities and use the new categories in our BI reporting. It would be nice to also have this option in FR. -
Ability to modify Worker/Contractor Personnel Number
Allow the ability to update the Personnel number. We have contractors that are assigned a Personnel number similar to TEMP####. If we change the employment type to Employee, it would be nice to be able to update the Personnel number. -
Allow login to Mobile App when using MFA and Okta
Users are unable to log in to the Mobile app when their organization uses MFA with Okta. Please allow users to access and connect to the mobile app when Okta is used. -
Add a Charge to Punchout Purchase reqs without splitting it onto a separate purchase order
There is no way to add a Charge to a punchout Purchase requisition. We need the ability to add a Charge to a punchout purchase requisition. After a line from the external catalog is returned back to F&O, the "New" button to add a Charge is disabled. You also cannot add a separate line manually to the PR to add the charge/freight, because this line is split off onto a different purchase order once the requisition is approved. This deficit in functionality causes potential audit issues in that freight/charge costs that were not captured or estimated at the time of the requisition approval can cause inaccurate approval flow when the charge would have pushed the approval to the next managerial hierarchy level. When the invoice comes, there is a workflow failure due to the difference not accounted for/over tolerance. Auditors then question the approval that was completed because it was at a lower level/dollar amount than it should have been if the Charge had been accounted for. Please add functionality to capture charges on punchout/external catalog purchase requisitions. -
Prepayment Invoice attachments - ability to not have invoice attachment deleted by the system
After posting purchase order prepayment invoices, the attachment (usually the invoice PDF) is automatically deleted from the system. I am opening this 'idea' as an attempt to gain traction to fix this regression.
Although a workaround was provided, Auditors are concerned and questioning as to why there is a difference in functionality.

Microsoft does not have a plan to fix this at this time, but this is a highly auditable area and very concerning, not to mention confusing to users. Please upvote to get Microsoft to fix this confirmed bug.
