Make Report DataSet Available
Suggested by Gijs Franssens – New – 0 Comments
Hi, Is it possible to add an option to view the dataset of a report? A lot of consultants and end users use Word layouts to customize their own reports. This option was available in previous versions of Dynamics NAV as a hidden feature in the layout preview of a report and was extremely helpful. Thank you! Kind regards, -
Have the "Imports" button be available in the UCI
Suggested by Ibrahim Hagos – New – 0 Comments
After transitioning to UCI and starting importing data, we wanted to access the "Imports" so that we could see the results of our imports. We tried to add the button to the "Site Map", but we were unable to. It would be nice to have the "Imports" button be in the UCI. Thanks, -

Make lookup popup dialog resizable
Suggested by Connor Pham – Rejected – 0 Comments
It would be great if we could make popup dialog when clicking "See more record" on lookup field resizable. In some scenario, it is quite small and very difficult to see information in it.

Smart search for Dynamics 365
Suggested by Daniel Jang – Rejected – 0 Comments
The current search and display functionality in a lookup is difficult for untrained users, inflexble and hard to find matching record. For example, it only supports words "begin with" which means typing in a middle string in search box doesn't return any results. The current design also requires the use of a wildcard (e.g. *ski*) in the search string, and the keywords need to be in the exact order it appears in the records (e.g. *213*Cell, not *Cell*213). This is problematic for new users who are unfamiliar with the exact word order in the record they are searching for. I suggest replacing current search and display functionality with a Google-style "smart search". As users simply type text, the lookup dynamically show the matching records containing the entered string (in any word order) point in time. As more text is entered, more specific the search becomes and fewer matching records appear in the lookup. There is no need to use a wildcard * to mask texts, just 'search as you type' behaviour. A lot of applications these days employ this type of "smart search" functionality, which I believe will greatly increase both user productivity and usability for Dynamics 365 as well.

Change form view 'Planned orders'
Suggested by Evan Aaby – New – 1 Comments
Pegging area is located under Related information, and is not very user friendly - or of no use. Pegging area should be located in the bottom of the screen instead. -
SiteMap Sequence Order
Suggested by Timothy Halse – New – 0 Comments
There is an issue in Dynamics CRM with SiteMap order, there is no way to set the sequence of the SiteMap area items. When importing a few solutions with sitemap changes, if there is a sitemap conflict it will put the sitemap area at the end of the sitemap. There should be a sort order value that can be set so you have full control over the order of the sitemap areas. When there is a conflict it just puts the area in the next available so there are inconsistent results over multiple Dynamic CRM deployments -
Form Editor and System View to be visible again on Forms
Suggested by Advaiya Solutions – Rejected – 0 Comments
In the previous version, we use to have Form Editor and system views on each form which was a very good feature. But in new UI it seems to be absent, it was a very handy thing and quick way to do the editing on the forms and views. We would request Microsoft to put back this back feature in new UI because its absence seems to be a disadvantage in new UI.

Selection of specific Requisition request for approval should open that specific request instead of complete list of Requisitions.
Suggested by aman Bhatnagar – New – 0 Comments
When the user selects one of her requisitions to approve (under the calendar), she gets the full lists on Requisitions she needs to approve. The customer wants to have the only requisition opened which she is clicking from the list.
