  • Quarantine orders must work with Advanced Warehouse mangement

    As is it is not possible to use Quarantine orders in Warehouses with 'Use Warehouse management processes' ticked = Yes. There is a need for this functionality asap-

  • Create delivery schedule in an Intercompany chain

    Create delivery schedule from Customer Sales Orders, is working quite good, and therefore it would be a great idea that the functionality is across an Intercompany chain. Customer Sales Order -> Intercompany Purchase order -> Intercompany Sales Order. It must be possible to Create a delivery schedule in Customer Sales Order, or the Intercompany Purchase order, that trigger changes within the Intercompany Chain.

  • Change form view 'Planned orders'

    Pegging area is located under Related information, and is not very user friendly - or of no use. Pegging area should be located in the bottom of the screen instead.

  • Serial number Matrix

    When receiving an Item that are serialised, it would be of great help to be able to setup up a matrix, controlling how the serial numbers must look like. This to avoid any type of typing mistakes if not using a handheld device.


    E.g a Serial number could look like this 393-090RxxxxNxxx.

    • 393-090R must be typed in (exactly)
    • xxxx enter any value
    • N must be typed in (exactly)
    • xxx any value


    As is, it possible to type anything in the serial number field on Purchase orders etc. in D365FO, although using a Serial number group.

  • Fixed quantity on BOMs according to serie size

    When creating a BOM in Business Central it is possible to setup a fixed quantity, which means that whatever quantities is produced, system will select the quantity from field 'Quantity per'.


    What is missing is fixed quantity per serie size.


    E.g. If production quantity is 100 and one of the item in BOM has a fixed quantity = 1, then system will select 1.

    If the BOM item is a cardboard box that can contains 100 units of my produced item, then I need 2 cardboard boxes if I produce 200 units.


    Therefore the functionality 'Quantity per serie' is missing.

  • Restricted products per Customer account

    Missing in 'Restricted products' is the possibility to block sales to a specifc Customer account or Customer group.

    In real life, you can have dffent Customers in the same Country and State, but only want to block sales for a specific Customer in the same area.


    Path: Product information mangement > Products > Released products > Restricted products


    Not possible as is.
