    Include device serial number in Dataverse collection for asset management

    In order to link the data gathered in the Dataverse for a Remote Assist calls dashboard to specific devices and owners registered in our CMDB we would like the device serial number to be part of dataset of a phonecall.

    Selection of different camera on cell phone

    If cell phone has multiple cameras, would it be possible to add the option of selection of different camera (normal camera, wide-range camera, frontal camera etc.).

    RA screen sharing on tablet

    Screen sharing option on Tablet is needed to be able to share the dashboards and other information to other calls participants.

    Would it be possible to add such option. Oculavis has already this functionality in place.

    Filter by additional fields available in the model driven app

    Within the model driven app the user can create a parent asset, child asset, add a category, add an account etc. This all holds key information for a particular asset. Being able to search and filter on a specific asset based on this information is critical. At the moment the user in the Remote Assist app on HoloLens or Mobile can only search for the asset name; This brings back both parent and child assets, does not distinguish between either of them and does not provide any additional information apart from the images and videos attached to that asset. When selecting an asset it does not drill down to further information such as category or account and all this information is hidden from the user and becomes unattainable from that perspective. Seeing as this information is available and usable in the model driven app, searching in the Mobile or HoloLens app should be straight forward. Current search is: - Asset Name Future search could be: - Parent Asset Name - Child Asset name (optional text search filter or drop down based off of parent search) - Category (optional drop down filter) - Account (optional drop down filter) This will help narrow down the search, minimize the search return and help the user locate the correct asset quickly.

    Ability to go back and edit single arrow/ink/etc.. in Remote assist

    Currently Remote assist only allows the "undoo function" or the deletion of the last arrow created. Being able to go to a specific event and edit/delete that event (i.e. arrow, ink, color, etc..) would be extremely useful for users and efficient.

    Adding text box in annotation during a call

    As a Microsoft Gold Partner (FR) SYNERGIZ, we support many customers in the use of D365 Remote assist on Hololens and on Mobile. 
The majority request to have the possibility to ad "text" as a 3D annotation features.
scenario :
During a call, adding a text field in the MR annotation like arrow.
It would be a big plus to enrich the view and assist the operator.

    add a button to use he snapshot features from the chat in the HL2, from the remote users on desktop apps.

    If the HL2 operator is working with hands and focus on a tasks, it could be really interessing for the remote users to trigger the snapshot features in the HL2 chat instaed of the operator
