Dynamic Field for One time call link for Microsoft Power App
Suggested by Lokesh Raj – New – 0 Comments
Default time duration set for MS dynamics 365 One time Call link : This is out come of TrackingID#2109270060002620 We are currently under development of One time call from SDFC for settings up an meeting link for our Remote assist project in HAPG Tenant. In the meeting details we see by default value of 15 mins duration set. Please see the attached screenshot. As part of project requirement, there is proposal to extend the default setting from the current value - 15 mins to 60 mins at the beginning without the need to change the time duration manually. We would like to know if this time settings for the call could be changed as an one time change. -
Ability block from recording in Remote Assist calls
Suggested by Maarten Kwetters – New – 0 Comments
In order to address intellectual property rights concerns we would like to prevent from being able to record Remote Assist sessions. Blocking the recording should be just for Remote Assist and not general for Teams sessions for that user. As the HoloLens operators might need to legitimately record a Teams session at any other point in time. -
I would like to see improvements made to the inconvenience of using the mobile version of Remote Assist.
Suggested by Akane Noguchi – New – 0 Comments
I hope that the RemoteAssist app will be improved so that it can flexibly accommodate users' usage patterns.
When users use RemoteAssist, they may want to invite users from external tenants as guest users to receive Assistance.
However, the use of RemoteAssist assumes that the user is within the tenant.
Also, compared to Android, there are inconveniences with iOS devices on which the app is installed, such as the inability to use Teams at the same time.
As this specification narrows the range of ways users can use it, I hope that it will be improved.

I would like to be able to use the flashlight function (light function) when using the camera function in the mobile version of the Remote Assist app.
Suggested by Ad sh – New – 0 Comments
Currently, when using the camera function on the mobile version of the Remote Assist app, it is difficult to use the camera in dark or confined spaces because the flashlight function is not implemented in the app and the light function is not available.
If a flashlight function is implemented, it will be possible to use the app in such cases.

Support Annotations on all Platfroms
Suggested by Hameed Madwar – New – 0 Comments
Annotations are very useful for Remote Assist and it allows to collaborate with many users/customers outside the organization but it has huge limitation that many customers are not able to take advantage of it. Annotations are only supported for users who join through a downloaded version of Teams and users must be fully authenticated (i.e. they must have Teams License) using a desktop PC. All other cases are not supported. This has test has been carried out and verified with Microsoft. The majority of customers who join Remote Assist are not supported with Annotations because they either do not have Teams license and/or using a different platform(including web version). This idea is to expand the Annotations for all users joining Remote Assist regardless of the platform used (i.e. Teams web, MAC, iPad, iPhone, Android, PC etc..) and remove the restriction for fully authenticated users. Only this will allow make the Annotations a powerful and integral tool for Remote Assist. -
Export Chat conversation history to PDF
Suggested by ALFREDO DIAZ GOMEZ – New – 0 Comments
We´ve noticed that there is no way to export the chat conversation history on PDF format. we´ve noticed that other similar RA apps have this feature (Oculavis for example). Is there a way to save the chat conversation history that may occurr during the call.? and export via PDF so then this file can be shared via email? Also if not available, would there be any plans to have similar functionality? Thanks.

Users without Microsoft domain join the meeting from the invitation link and should use annotation features such as arrows
Suggested by system admin – New – 0 Comments
When user without Microsoft domain join the meeting from the invitation link, the user cannot use annotation features such as arrows.
If this annotation feature is available for the non Microsoft domain users, it would be very user-friendly

RA desktop sharing
Suggested by Vitalii Popov – New – 1 Comments
Screen/desktop sharing option is needed to be able to share the dashboards and other information from the desktop.
Would it be possible to add such option. Oculavis has already this functionality in place.
