There are quite some Use Cases for it, here some examples: - Remote support (external/internal) without very strong internet access (>80% in PGGI) - Site assessments - SOTs Competitors are providing this solution. -

RA chat functionality

In one time call scenario there is a chat button available on RA mobile phone, however when you enter the chat, the chat box is shown on full screen and video is not visible. Looks like parallel chatting and video sharing is not foreseen. There is also no option of switching between the two functionalities -
About changing the time display of the call dashboard according to the time zone (currently: UTC only)

Currently, the time zone in Call Dashboards only supports UTC, and this is making difficult to know the exact start time and end time of the call.
Please be able to support time zones other than UTC.

Currently, "Auto Translate" and "Transcription" are not available in Teams in Remote Assist on HoloLens 2.
For this reason, we would like to see "automatic translation" and "transcription" available in Teams in Remote Assist on HoloLens 2.
With this functionality in place, companies will be able to smoothly provide remote support to their overseas offices and conduct business more efficiently.

Ability to change thickness of annotation lines in Remote Assist

Some customers have to annotate on equipment with more detail and/or on small parts within their space. If they could change the thickness of the annotation lines, it would help them get more granular in exactly what wire (for example) the technician needs to focus on.

Need to fix the display "This requires the Internet" when sign in to HoloLens 2 device via PC with other Authentication

When a user tries to sign in to HoloLens 2 device via PC with other Authentication, "This requires the Internet" is displayed even though PC is connected to the Internet.
The display must be edited, and it should be displayed like "You cannot sign in to this device by the user because the user belongs to other tenant".
