Status update on Teams approval messages
Suggested by Shahid Patel – New – 0 Comments
Microsoft have provided as standard D365 workflow approval via Teams using power automate, however where a workflow goes to multiple users for approval and a single approver is required, the team approval message does not update to "Approved" for all users, only updates for the user who has approved the workflow in Teams.
This causes confusion with the other users who have also received the approval request as they think the approval is still required.
Suggested idea is to update all approval messages relating to the workflow instance once a user actions it

Unable to update a customer in company B that exist in company A - error : 'Direct debit mandate ID' is not found in the related table 'Customer direct debit mandates'
Suggested by Aline Krebs – New – 0 Comments
Configuration : Shared number sequence on customers
- Create a customer in company B by copying an existing customer from company A. The customer in company A has a direct debit mandate configured.
- Edit the customer in company B and change any field
Result : the message "The value 'xxxxxxxxxx' in field 'Direct debit mandate ID' is not found in the related table 'Customer direct debit mandates'." is displayed, and the customer cannot be updated. The tab is blocked.
The issue is blocking, as it makes it impossible to update the copied customers in company B.

Suggested by Bassem Medhat – New – 1 Comments
Have you tried before to make an Acquisition by a bank account?
by using the following accounting entry:

CR Bank
So, have you also tried to reverse it?
when you make an acquisition through the bank, you can't reverse it
Therefore, we need to add that function in D365

Limitations on Quantity Fields in Purchase Order Data quantity (msdyn_quantity)
Suggested by Hiroshi Numayama – New – 0 Comments
The minimum quantity (msdyn_quantity) stipulated for the product quantity on the purchase order is 0.
When creating a purchase order correction form in Financial Operations, a negative value is entered for the quantity, resulting in an error when the form is created.
It would be useful to be able to enter and use a minus sign in the minimum quantity on the purchase order.

CustVendItemGroup as entity
Suggested by Maria Fernanda Godoy Fuenzalida – New – 0 Comments
At this time CustVendItemGroup exists as a table. Unfortunately, it does not exist as an entity.
CustVendItemGroup as an entity can bring more usages for the table itself and for future integrations in other products.

Print management isn't supporting email body
Suggested by Sarah Dwidar – New – 0 Comments
We would like to suggest adding email body option within print management email notification set up for the customers who are unable to use ER or SSRS reporting. This would provide easier navigation instead of creating a whole process through ER or SSRS.

Italy - "Sales tax (Italy)" report - Voucher & Fiscal code columns are not large enough
Suggested by François Orhan – New – 2 Comments
When generating the Sales tax report for Italy (italian localization), the "Voucher" & "Fiscal code" numbers are truncated after 12 digits.
The first 12 digits are displayed in a line, digits after 12 are sent to the next line.
The fact that columns are not large enough increases the number of line in the report and creates confusion when reading the report (the reader must consider both lines), which is not great regarding how important are those information.
Recommandation is to make this 2 columns larger in the report.

Fixed asset disposal date to be different than posting date
Suggested by Annaik Boudin – New – 0 Comments
user may receive information that fixed asset should be disposed after some times.
Depreciation have been posted and fiscal periods are closed for transaction.
Nonetheless fixed asset disposal should be considered on correct date even if posting date is different.
There is no way to differentiate posting date from disposal date.
example
Fixed asset depreciations have been run up to January 2023.
in January, user has information that fixed asset has been scrap in October 2022.
But periods are closed.
Fixed asset disposal should be posted in January 2023.
Depreciation for January 2023, December 2022, November and prorate October should be reversed.
Disposal amount should be calculated based on October date but posted in January.
System should be able to manage disposal date independently of posting date.

We have an issue with Document Routing Agent (DRA) and raised an MS ticket #2209050030001734
After research, as a conclusion MS engineer replied that there is some limitation with the product.
We request to develop DRA to be run as windows service without any issue.
