• Maintain column widths and groupings in Power Apps views

Custom views currently do not consider “entity type filtering”. It is the 2nd dropdown under the view selector.

Because of this, the saved custom view will use the default “entity type filtering” and grouping as well as custom widths are not saved in the view.

I hope this will be maintained.

  • System setting date format is not reflecting for all user

Changing the format in the System Settings area does not change the formats used by the existing users--changes only apply to new user accounts created subsequently. Users can change their own display form in the Personal Options area."

It would be useful if changes made in the System Settings area would change the format used by existing users.

  • Turn on try the new look user-wide

It would be useful to have a setting that would turn on Try the new look for all users in the environment at once, and automatically turn it on for users who turned it off and were using the old screen.

Currently there is no setting to turn it on for all users, so we are requesting a setting function to turn it on for all users.

  • Limitations on Quantity Fields in Purchase Order Data quantity (msdyn_quantity)

The minimum quantity (msdyn_quantity) stipulated for the product quantity on the purchase order is 0.

When creating a purchase order correction form in Financial Operations, a negative value is entered for the quantity, resulting in an error when the form is created.

It would be useful to be able to enter and use a minus sign in the minimum quantity on the purchase order.

  • Hiding Unused Activity Type On Activities filter

Since this was a OOB field and hence cannot be customized.

we couldn’t hide/remove those Activities Type as they are not usual views, they are part of System tailored Activity entity family (Activity, Activity Pointer, Activity Party, Custom Activity types, etc).

I would like to remove some of the Activity Types because they are irrelevant for the application and the users have requested them to be removed.

It would be useful to be able to hide the Activities filter to make it easier for users.

  • If sorting is set on two columns of a date item in a new-look view, the second column is not sorted from oldest to newest.

The sorting is done by first column and Then by second column. In that case, the second column will depend on the first one and will not be sorted in descending order.

We need to avoid double sorting to avoid this behavior.

Only in New look the second sort column will not work.

  • Displaying Custom and Specific Entity Information on Dynamics 365 Timelines

The Timeline is set up to display activities, which means only a limited selection of tables can be shown.

For custom tables, it is possible to display them in the Timeline by configuring them as activities.

More information on how to display a custom table in a Timeline can be found in the official documentation here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/set-up-timeline-control#add-the-timeline-component-to-a-form

However, I've encountered a limitation that I find could significantly enhance the utility of the Timeline feature if addressed. Currently, there is no method to display information from entities such as Opportunities, Cases, on the Timeline.

Incorporating the ability to display such entities would greatly improve the convenience and informational value of the Timeline.

  • Displays EVM graphs and critical paths for projects and tasks

It is not possible to display EVM graphs or critical paths for projects or tasks.

It would be useful to be able to simply check the graphs, etc., for critical tasks that have an impact on the over budget or the overall process in Project and Task.

  • Enhancing User Awareness of Configuration Center Objectives in Compliance Profile Creation

When a compliance profile is created, it is automatically generated. However, users may not be fully aware that objectives are set in the Configuration Center. The following Learn resource mentions this, but it may not be sufficient for users to recognize that objectives are configured in the Configuration Center:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-preference-centers#creating-preference-centers

To enhance usability, it would be beneficial to implement a mechanism that prompts users to update the Configuration Center as part of the workflow for creating a compliance profile.
