Currently, the D365 system will not calculate depreciation on assets with a negative basis (acquisition price.)  This is causing us to track these assets in Excel and manually record depreciation expense.  Can you please consider adding this functionality?

    This functionality is needed, primarily for intangible assets.  Please add this functionality!  Thanks for your consideration.

    Agreed.  This is needed.  I have a current client is upgrading to D365 and would like the system to generate the negative depreciation calculations

    Here the same, customer in Germany has assets with negative acquisition price and wants a positive depreciation which now is not possible. When creating depreciation proposal it creates a proposal with the correct depreciation value but with a credit value instead of in this case a debit value
