Currently, there is no way for administrators to check license usage on-premise. This situation is inconvenient; please consider implementing this function.

I want you to suppress the decoding of line breaks that occur when importing Excel.
Suggested by Takeru Endo – Rejected – 0 Comments
Currently, when I import Excel in a model-driven app, the line breaks are decoded and x000D is entered.
As a result, operational efficiencies have decreased significantly, which has a significant impact on our customers.
Therefore, please implement the function that does not decipher line breaks as soon as possible.

Multiple Windows with moved fields in GP18.6.1728
Suggested by Mildred Herrera – Rejected – 1 Comments
Multiple windows with fields moved in GP18.6.1728 Since version 18.3.1245 and including version GP18.6.1728, there are multiple windows with fields moved or overlapped one on top of the other. This does not allow users to work correctly.
Example of some windows: supplier class, item transaction query, etc.

SOP: Allow Line Item "Date Shipped" to "Rolldown" from Sales Date Entry Window
Suggested by Amber Bell – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Currently when items are entered on orders, the Date Shipped is auto filled with the User Date. Ideally, this date would be blank at the order stage. Currently, when you transfer the order to Invoice, this date is not updated.
Example: The order is entered on March 1st the Date Shipped field per line is automatically populated with the User Date of 05/01. When the user transfers the Order to Invoice, Shipped Date on the Line Item still shows the original User Date when the order is created. The only way to update this field is to manually go to each line on each invoice to update.
Request: Make the Actual Date Shipped field were editable at the Header Level on the Sales Order and Sales Invoice and prompt user to see if this change should be Rolled Down (similar to date changes on PO documents).

Password change takes a long time
Suggested by HUMBERTO ARIEL CHEMAS ARCELLA – Rejected – 0 Comments
User password change can take a long time (40 minutes or longer).
This happens if Analytical Accounting is enabled and a large amount of AA data is present in GP tables.
If Analytical Accounting is disabled, then the process of password resetting is immediate.
Apparently, GP is performing some update tasks in AA tables, which should not be necessary at all, since the only thing that is changing is the user password.
Thanks in advance for your attention and correction of this bug.

PO Return does not allocate quantities for the item being returned
Suggested by Lisa Gregory – Needs Votes – 2 Comments
A PO return that is not posted does not allocate inventory. The reason it is not posted is because they are awaiting the credit from the vendor but would like the inventory allocated so that it cannot be sold.

Workflow escalation and reminder email need to use Modern Auth
Suggested by Traci Kirkpatrick – New – 0 Comments
Our client is using GP18.5. On workflows, the reminder and escalation emails are not sent to the approvers. This is disappointing to the client as they expect this feature to work. After extensive research and testing, we have found that when you do something with workflow and emailing in the front-end of GP, it uses Modern Authentication; however, the reminder and escalation notifications come from the SQL Agent jobs that use SMTP.
The SMTP isn't working anymore, most likely because it is being deprecated by the Exchange Online team, as mentioned in the blog posts that I have read and been provided by support.
What is concerning is that I would have thought that since Basic authentication is being deprecated, reminder and escalation emails should be using Modern Auth as the front end is when the first email is sent out advising the approvers they have a batch to approve in the workflow.
