Delete function for Actuals entity

As referring to the MSDN [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-operations/psa/faq-deleting-actuals] , Actuals entity record cannot be deleted.
We understand there should be some risks when delete records of Actuals entity, but in the case of mistakes or test records, delete function is necessary.
So that we request for the delete function for Actuals entity.

Applying Field Service security roles to a team prevents the access to the FS mobile app

Dear Microsoft Product Team and Dynamics 365 Community,
My customer and I have encountered an issue where Field Service security roles do not function as expected when assigned to a team, preventing access to the Field Service Mobile app. While these roles work when assigned to individual users, manually assigning them on a per-user basis is not an ideal or scalable solution.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Microsoft Entra Security Group team.
- Add members to the team.
- Assign FS Resource and New Mobile Experience roles to the team.
- Attempt to access the Field Service Mobile app.
- Encounter the following error message:
"Something went wrong—Field Service Mobile isn’t set up correctly, or you may not have the necessary permissions to access it. Contact your admin or select 'Learn more'."
Following the guidance from the Product Team, I am submitting this idea for their evaluation, with the hope that this functionality can be improved in future updates. If you believe this enhancement is necessary, please consider upvoting this request.

New Schedule Board Takes 3-5 seconds per job scheduled to update/sync. Legacy schedule board was immediate

The new schedule board takes 3-5 seconds per work order scheduled to update/sync. The legacy board was almost immediate. After a call with the support team, it was confirmed by the Product team, this is the expected behavior. "After dragging the booking, the update operation is in progress. If it succeeds, the booking will move to the updated position. If it fails, it will remain in the same place. The spinner that appears within the booking indicates that an update is in progress."
This process takes 3 to 5x longer than it did on the legacy board.

Calculate and show on the Schedule Board the travel time from the last activity of the day and the End Location

When planning Bookable Resource daily tasks,the system calculates travel times between Start Location and the first activity address and then among each activities. Is it possible to add also calculate and show on the Schedule Board the travel time from the last activity of the day and the End Location?
It might help the planner to understand how far is the last activity of the day from the location where the technician needs to return and if the time needed is within his working hours or not.

Required Option for Matrix fields in Inspection Templates

Inspection Templates have the function for Dynamic Matrix Fields, where one field group can contain several columns.
The required option is set on the matrix "header" level.
If the "Required"-Option is being set, the current system behaviour is, that if only one of the defined fields is being filled out, the complete matrix is treated as being completed.
E.g., if one matrix group contains 5 columns and only one contains data, one can close the inspection template.
The system should be changed that wither alle fields in a required matrix should contains data or the required option should be maintainable on colum-level and not on header level.

Improve cache reload performance so it does not affect user daily experience.

The patch request for the bookable resource booking entity is currently consuming way too much time due to the cache reload from the backend. This is also affecting a single-record transaction, which does not make sense and affects the user's daily experience.
The cache load should be done in an asynchronous way, so when users use the system, it does not take too much time.

Change Booking Template for All Views

Hello everbody,
in the schedule board settings, we can edit the custom booking template to add information to the bookings and the tooltips shown on the schedule board (like adding a service account).
This customization of the schedule board only affects the Hourly View of the Gantt. There are customers that use the schedule board in the daily or weekly view.
Right now, there is no option how to change the tooltip for the booking slots that are shown in daily or weekly view. Also, when in daily or weekly view, I can't reach the details panel by selecting a specific booking to get more information on what this booking is about.
Unfortunately, I can't add screenshots, hope this is comprehensible.

Enhanced inspection forms

Inspection forms in the current form support basic inspections, however are limited in capability.
For example: labels, no group objects with collapsible behaviors, criteria based defaulted values, and calculated values are all not support to name a few.
This makes it difficult to use the product to build complex forms required with offline capability.
Improving the features and UX capabilities of the mobile app would significantly improve field user experience.

Field Service Scheduling Map must be improved

Field Service Scheduling Map must be improved. It should be more flexible to display the jobs on Map based on Work Order Types in different colors and Icons. Also, the Engineer and Job routes should be shown in different color or lines based on System Status. Time and Distance should be visible on map route based on current live geo location so that Planner/Dispatcher can lively track their Location on map and better plan the jobs.
There should be some option when someone click on Engineer or any particular Job on map and it should show all near by jobs.
