I would like the ability to disable the setting that keeps users in their positions on the schedule board

Currently there is no way to disable the setting that keeps a user's position on the schedule board.
Adding this functionality will improve the experience for our customers.

Schedule assist should only return distinct resource groupings when "Results per interval" is increased

For requirement group jobs the Schedule Assistant returns the same group of resources multiple times where they are capable of completing one or more of the resource requirements within the group when the "Results per interval" is increased >1.
For example the following combinations would be returned for 3 Resources required all with the same role requirement:
- R1, R2, R3
- R1, R3, R2
- R2, R1, R3
- R2, R3, R1
- R3, R1, R2
- R3, R2, R1
A toggle should be available to users to allow them to show only distinct resource combinations which would then only return the one combination of: R1, R2, R3 rather than 6 combinations for the same group.

Request for the configuration from the Default schedule board to be saved for the Schedule assistance in Field service

When user is making changes on the default schedule board, the same setting will not be carries over to the schedule assistance's schedule board.
Please help to make the necessarily change to this feature so that the setting can be carries over for the schedule assistance.

Schedule Board Map - Default settings for visibility of Resources

Clients sometimes have the need to hide the visibility of resources by default on the map view of the schedule board. This can be due to privacy reasons where schedulers should not know where resources start from, especially when the resource starts from their home.
Administrators should have the option to set the default for resource visibility.

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
This is a design limitation. Work order attachments cannot be printed with the work orders, when printing Work Orders. Microsoft is looking into fixing this in the upcoming releases.

Set scheduling default Radius Value per resource

In my customer organization, not all resources accept to travel to the same distance.
Today, the Default Radius Value is a global parameter that allows all resources to be scheduled for the same maximum travel distance.
It would be nice to be able to set the Default Radius Value per resource instead so URS engine propose resource based on their maximum travel preference

Picking Cases from Queue auto opens the case. This action should be configurable

When a Contact Center agent picks multiple cases from the queue, the Cases all auto open in new tabs in the Workspace...
The auto open is OK if they just pick one case, as they would normally want to then open this single case to work on.
When they pick 8 case, which they regularly do at Air New Zealand, it is very annoying that all cases open and floods the workspace with tabs. This results in the agent the having to close 7 of the cases so as not to get confused.
A good idea for Air New Zealand would be to be able to configuration this action to either allow auto open or not under this circumstance.

Support of HEIC file format

the custom button that we are using to upload pictures in Field Service App/WEB currently does not support HEIC format in Inspection template entities and more. we would like ability to have the format HEIC supported.

Interactive Dashboard should use/ show Card Form in mobile App

Once you use "standard Dashboards" and "interactive Dashboards" to show and analyze records in D365 you certainly will share them to all users.
As we use a specific custom designed card form of the work order to show the details of records, especially in interactive dashboard in the browser you expect that this card form will also shown in the mobile app.
Nevertheless, in the mobile app you can enable interactive dashboards but they will not use/ show the card form of the entity. This is a by design behavior as the support and product team of Microsoft told me. What you see in mobile when you use interactive dashboards is only the information which is in the field "name" and "modified on". It is shown in a simple not user friendly list.
If you use "standard dashboards" in mobile app it will use the card form you design.
Therefore, my suggestion is: Extend the functionality of interactive dashboards in mobile app that it will use the specific card form.

Crew resources availability should be visible on the schedule board

When resources are assigned to a crew they are blocked out on the schedule board and their individual availability is not visible. The UI should be updated to support both individual visibility and resource availability to make it easy to determine if a resource of the crew has a different availability profile.
This is currently not easily visible as the crew shows availability from the start and finish times of all members, so if 1 crew member is not available this is not easily visible.
