Enhancement of customization and reorganisation of the "New/Plus" Buttons in Field Service Mobile App
The "New/Plus" buttons most often confuse the clients. Ask was if the top one can be hidden and/or the bottom one.
The reason of the Question was raised that in some form you have three possibilities to create new records: on the top, on the bottom and and in subgrids under the three dots.
- Here needs to be an improvement that for example, once you open a record the top + Button will be hidden or can be hidden by customization/configuration.
- Enable the buttons to be customized using ribbon workbench/ ribbon editor to show and hide.
- Using security settings with security roles to show an hide the button on a global or record based level

D365 Field Service Mobile Reports PCF Multi-page Support
As of now you can create a mobile report using the OOB PCF control from Microsoft. Furthermore, you can customize this PCF control to you needs.
Right now a multi page support is missing which means once you have more records to report for one page it continuous on the next page without a page break. The rows will just continue without headers and footer and the lines can be cropped.
For that the request here is to add as a OOB functionality the mutli-page support.

Interactive Dashboard should use/ show Card Form in mobile App
Once you use "standard Dashboards" and "interactive Dashboards" to show and analyze records in D365 you certainly will share them to all users.
As we use a specific custom designed card form of the work order to show the details of records, especially in interactive dashboard in the browser you expect that this card form will also shown in the mobile app.
Nevertheless, in the mobile app you can enable interactive dashboards but they will not use/ show the card form of the entity. This is a by design behavior as the support and product team of Microsoft told me. What you see in mobile when you use interactive dashboards is only the information which is in the field "name" and "modified on". It is shown in a simple not user friendly list.
If you use "standard dashboards" in mobile app it will use the card form you design.
Therefore, my suggestion is: Extend the functionality of interactive dashboards in mobile app that it will use the specific card form.
