The idea is to have the possibility, as an administrator, to modify the label of the beginning of a BPF (Active for, Completed in...)

We have given up. Its just to hard to get started and run a trial. We just wanted to ingest some of our data and see what its capable of, but have given up. So many hoops to jump through, hidden fees to move data etc etc

It would be better to have a SAVE option separately as the current save option is applying the queries and we blocking us to do any modifications until its refresh completes.

Ability to configure incremental refresh for large datasets while ingesting data.

The refresh during the process like unification, activities upload, relationship, etc takes a lot of time due to backend work which is quite understandable.

but if the team can update the approximate time it will take to get the work done will help the customer to plan the other part of their work accordingly as we need to sit idle till the time the refresh is happen or are not able to concentrate at other work as we don't know how much longer it will take for the refresh.

Would be great if we have a OOB feature available to mask data Like - phone number, email, etc. for contact records. Request to please make it available in future.

Add the ability to customize the layout of the Customer Profile page (move sections like Activity Timeline and Info) and let users rename activities name, currently it shows only source table names!
