Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data

We are facaing varous customoers who favour the "Bring Your Own Storage" (BYOS) option to set up CID as it aligns with ther overall data stratgie, infrastrucature considerations and data governance. However currently the feature for automatic linking is not supported. 

As a consequence he following functionalities are unavailable:

Using Customer Insights Data (CID) Segments in Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ)

Using CID Measures in CIJ for personalisation in emails or in segments

Displaying CID Data on Dynamics 365 entities such as Contacts, Accounts, Leads, etc.

Since these features are among, if not the most essential, for leveraging CID in combination with CIJ, the need for tighter integration is clear.

Hence, the idea would be to make the automatic linking functionalities possible with a BYOS setup.

When we are sending emails to a CI-D segment (with Customer Profiles) and some of those emails are added in Suppression list because of Feedback loop, we need to get full list (or segment) of all Customer Profile emails added in the Suppression List.

Adding the insight data into advanced find so we are able to analyse customer insight quickly

  具体分为以下五点：

一.24小时内不存不取的储蓄部分;

二.连续3个月或6个月有金额存入，余额不为零;

三.存入时间和金额固定;

四.多存少取，存入1万取5000，反之则为无效，支出大于收入;

五.如果工资走现金形式，银行流水无法在转入方体现工资收入，请在固定时间存入固定的金额，这样也能体现有效的收入。

银行流水分类

    一般银行流水的进项主要表现方式为，进项表现贷款，出项表现于借方，有卡存，现存，转入，工资，续存等方式。银行流水账单有好有坏，好的流水账单一般就是与支出和收入相对应，能够覆盖贷款月供的日均余额。

银行存款证明 

    存款证明业务是指银行为存款人出具证明，证明存款人在前某个时点的存款余额或某个时期的存款发生额,和证明存款人在银行有在以后某个时点前不可动用的存款余额。个人存款证明是客户因出国留学、探亲、旅游、移民定居、经商或其他目的需要开具的资信证明。

D365 Supporting Gateway versions updated without notification, creating production outages.

No mechanism to catch arbitrary gateway version updates. MS updated Gateways resulting in production outages, with the following 'justification' as to why it occourred.

"At present, there is no built-in mechanism within Power BI or the On-Premises Data Gateway to automatically notify users when their gateway version is approaching deprecation. The official guidance is that only gateway versions from the last six months are supported as mentioned in the public doc. We would recommend users are required to monitor their gateway version manually to ensure compliance with the supported versions. While we understand that manually checking may not be a convenient solution, it remains the only option as of now. :"

Synapse Link to automatically initiates a “Refresh Fabric” command after new tables are added and errored. Typically these go to error because an Index needs to be created. Although the errors correct themselves overnight, we typically need select “Refresh Fabric” in the morning.

Please simplify the layout and the process: there is no need to keep marketing lists and segments as two different objects, with different menu items, different features etc. etc. One entity (e.g. marketing lists) that includes all the needed features.
