Add 'Is Not' and Time Windows to segment definitions (renamed)
Suggested by Mathias Kvisgaard Hansen – Completed – 2 Comments
We propose the implementation of additional functionalities within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data to enhance rule setup flexibility and adaptability.
- Inclusion of "Is Not" Functionality: We suggest incorporating the same capabilities found in the "Is" statement into the "Is Not" statement. This enhancement would provide users with comprehensive options when setting up rules across various scenarios. Right now when we want to specify a segment using the "Is" statement, we then have the following 12 options: "Specific date", "after", "on of after", "before", "empty", "within last", "between", "month of", "year of", "day of month", and "day of week". While if we choose "Is not" we have the following 3 options: "Specific date", "empty", and "between".
- Dynamic Date Rules: We advocate for the introduction of dynamic date rules to enable more versatile segmentation based on temporal criteria. For instance, users may seek to identify customers who made purchases one or two years ago. Presently, segments can be created statically using the "between" rule, but a dynamic approach would significantly benefit users, especially as the platform transitions to Real-Time marketing strategies.
By implementing these enhancements, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data would offer increased flexibility and efficiency in rule setup, empowering users to derive deeper insights and optimize marketing strategies effectively.

Filter Customer Interactions Timeline
Suggested by Ragnar Miguel Herreros – Completed – 0 Comments
When you add Customer interactions to contact´s timeline by using Custom Connector
You´ll receive ALL interactions from the contact e.g. when he receives an email, opens it etc. Users who have the READ privilege to see these records will have a timeline which is by far too cluttered so other important activities will become almost lost or the user has to dig further down the timeline to find those activities.
How can we configure the connector to make e.g. only showing Email sent from Customer Insights and make this setting global instead of per user based?
In the New Customer Connector pane there is this option called Configuration path is that the right place? I haven´t seen any documentation regarding it.
Thanks

To include (into "Activity Timeline" B2B) not only account activity, but also activities for contacts associated with that account.
Suggested by Mariana Quagliotti – Completed – 1 Comments
B2B (primary target audience) The ability to relate "contacts" to the unified customer profile for the account (B2B) where the contacts belongs to, was recently added. It would be essential to be able to add to the customer's "activity timeline", not only activities defined at the account level, but also activities defined for the contacts that belong to that account. e.g: being able to see complaints received from any of the customer's contacts into the activitiy timeline of the customer account. Export Segments to Dynamics 365 Marketing Segments
Suggested by Oli Ward – Completed – 0 Comments
Export of Segment to Dynamics 365 currently exports content of Customer Insights segment to a 'Marketing List' . Would be preferable if this integrated with Dynamics 365 Marketing and pushed into a 'Dynamics 365 Marketing Segment' to be used with Marketing Customer Journeys -
Ability to Export the configurations and settings from an instance
Suggested by Bali Basireddy – Completed – 1 Comments
we are able to configure the data sources, mapping the attributes, create the match rules and merge info for attributes. However, it is not possible to export these and import in another customer insights instance. Is it possible to have this option.

Audit Log/Report Tracking Changes to Settings/ORGDBORG
Suggested by Jonathan Teich – Completed – 2 Comments
Please provide create an audit log in Settings to track and record changes made to System settings in the Admin Platform or to track updates made via ORGDBORG. This would help provide an easy way to track changes made by to these settings by date, time and user. It would would allow for easier auditing and recording of changes from a change-management perspective. It would be very helpful to have a report that capture when and who made any changes to something like ORGDBORG. Please let me know if this is something that Microsoft can add to its development roadmap. Thanks. -
Customised optin for mapping
Suggested by Shahhista Sayyed – Completed – 1 Comments
Suggestion to include a customized mapping option for the data type during the mapping process in the source field.
for eg there is no option for an income data type in the mapping field for that reason a customised option can help this type of data to be mapped accordingly

Make Segments available via Connectors
Suggested by Oli Ward – Completed – 1 Comments
Segments are currently only accessible via PowerBI Connector (BETA) (not Flow, PowerApps or API?). Segments provide an excellent opportunity for personalisation (e.g. Content of Web Page or through generation of a recommendation for customer). - Open Flow and PowerApps connectors to be able to retrieve: - Segments - Members of Segments - Segments that a Customer is a member of
