    Traceability App consolidation quantity bug

Suggested by Francesco Galletto Completed  0 Comments

We have found a bug concerning multiple report as finished journal and multiple picking slip journal for same batch and item. E.g.

    Finished product à item: x batch y

    Semifinished à item a batch b

Journals (listed accordingly to the posting time from the first to the last one):

    1 – RFJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

    2 – PLJ: item a batch b quantity 100

    3 - RFJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

    4 – PLJ: item a batch b quantity 100

What we would expect in this scenario is to have as last activity this output:

    CONSUMED:

    PLJ: item a batch b quantity 200

    PRODUCED:

    PLJ: item: x batch y quantity 200

Currently we have that consumed item are consolidated (in case of equal item and batch), while report as finished is not consolidated.

Therefore we end up having the following one:

    CONSUMED:

    PLJ: item a batch b quantity 200

    PRODUCED:

    PLJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

Automatic filling of inventory quantity of catch weight products reporting progress on the production floor execution form

Suggested by Ahmed Abdelaal Completed  0 Comments

When attempting to report a catch weight product as finished using the F&O form dependent on a production order, the quantity pending completion for the product is automatically entered as the catch weight quantity to be reported, and the quantity corresponding to the conversion for the product between the catch weight unit and the inventory unit, indicated in the released product field “Nominal quantity,” is entered as the inventory unit quantity. This is not happening on the production floor execution form, as when a catch weight quantity is informed on the corresponding field, inventory quantity doesn't get automatically filled with the conversion of the nominal quantity on the released product form.

This issue has been addressed in LCS#1045591 and PG provided explanation behind why it is intended "by-design".

However, PG encouraged us to raise an Idea for potential users who need this functionality instead of extending the code logic to fit their business scenarios.

Quality order test results in Production floor execution form

Suggested by Jose Angel Ramirez Alfaro Completed  0 Comments

It is very common on manufacturing scenarios to generate quality orders during the manufacturing process. In scenarios where Production Floor Execution (PFE) is used, the user doing the production inputs via PFE usually has to input the test results. This is a common modification to allow the user to, when automated quality orders are trigger through the operations or reporting as finished, to key the test results from a single form.

Suggested by Mohamed Shoman Completed  0 Comments

Like the new feature of (List view for reporting job progress from the production floor execution interface), it would be great to add the same option to the report scrap form.
