  • Table view composition

In the table view composition of the Traceability app would be nice to have more information displayed such as Quantity and Item description.

In this way you can easily make the difference between input quantity (component) & output quantity (product).

You can also download it in excel file to make further analysis.

  • Traceability App consolidation quantity bug

We have found a bug concerning multiple report as finished journal and multiple picking slip journal for same batch and item. E.g.

    Finished product à item: x batch y

    Semifinished à item a batch b

Journals (listed accordingly to the posting time from the first to the last one):

    1 – RFJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

    2 – PLJ: item a batch b quantity 100

    3 - RFJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

    4 – PLJ: item a batch b quantity 100

What we would expect in this scenario is to have as last activity this output:

    CONSUMED:

    PLJ: item a batch b quantity 200

    PRODUCED:

    PLJ: item: x batch y quantity 200

Currently we have that consumed item are consolidated (in case of equal item and batch), while report as finished is not consolidated.

Therefore we end up having the following one:

    CONSUMED:

    PLJ: item a batch b quantity 200

    PRODUCED:

    PLJ: item: x batch y quantity 100

  • Traceability App Additional information related to the BOM consumption level in table view format

It would be nice to have a numeric identifier which let you understand, once you download data in excel from Table view composition, the bom level consumption related to the given line. Actually you only have list of codes with batch without differentiation related to the BOM layer of the given line.

    E.g.

    1 for finished product

2 for semifinished products consumed by the finished one

3 for raw materials product consumed by the semifinished ones

    ...
