Option to bulk delete items in quality group
Suggested by Thomas Tran – New – 0 Comments
Scenario: In the form InventTestItemQualityGroup we can copy list of items and then paste to this form so that a list of items will be created, however, if user accidently copy the wrong list, let's say about 10k items then pasted to this form, user cannot delete all of this 10k items from the UI.
Expectation: this form's UI should include option to select all of the records, or select multiple records for specific action.

Suggest implementing Production overview form to show inventory dimension from inventory transaction instead of prodtable
Suggested by Jasmine Wang – New – 0 Comments
On production overview form, it is showing dimension from prod table, not from production order inventory transaction. normally when user create production order, they only specify the site and warehouse info, as they don't know the final location for the finished goods and not yet decide the batch and serial number. Then on the production overview form, no location, batch, and serial number is displayed even the production order is reported as finished and the inventory transaction has location and other dimension (batch or serial).

Set PPV Tolerance Thresholds That Trigger Management Review
Suggested by DOGAN ADIYAMAN – New – 0 Comments
In D365FO, there’s currently no way to proactively monitor large purchase price variances (PPVs). I’m suggesting a feature where users can set PPV tolerance thresholds, and if a purchase exceeds the limit, the system notifies the team or triggers a review. This helps catch unusual cost differences early—before month-end or audits—so the business can investigate and take action. It would be especially helpful for finance and procurement teams and support better compliance with internal controls like SOX. Many companies handle this manually today with reports or reconciliations, but a built-in alert or workflow would make it much easier and reduce risk of financial misstatements.

The behaviour of a field should not change solely due to personalisation
Suggested by Darshan Jog – New – 0 Comments
Using the personalisation feature to add the intent letter field to the sales order creation form causes it to lose the customer filter, displaying all intent letters instead of just those related to the selected customer.
This field is originally available on the sales order header.

Attached Document Preview - Enhanced User Experiance
Suggested by Archibold Musonza – New – 0 Comments
Add feature that allows users to adjust size, (enlarge/ increase width), of document preview box/ window.
Also ensure uniform behaviour of preview screen for documents of types pdf, doc, docx, xlsx, ppt etc.
These feature would be very useful for users who either have small screens or those that prefer to read the document from the document preview window without having to first download the file. It also limits users having to scroll between multiple forms especially when doing approvals.

Support Production Process in the Warehouse Management only mode (WOM)
Suggested by Seng Chai Gan – New – 0 Comments
The Warehouse Management Only Mode (WOM) should support the following production processes:
- The host ERP system will initiate the "Raw material picking" process by releasing the production order to the warehouse. In D365 WOM, this will generate a new outbound shipment order with the type set to "Production order."
- This outbound shipment order facilitates material picking and placement at the production floor (a designated warehouse location), thereby completing the associated work order.
- New mobile app menu items for indirect activities should be created to reflect key production steps, such as "Start production order" and "Report as Finished (RAF)." These indirect activities will synchronize and update the corresponding production order in the host ERP.
- Upon completion of the "RAF" activity, a new inbound shipment order of type "Production order" will be created to manage the putaway of finished goods (FG).

The line number column cannot be edit after deleting any random line from a confirmed purchase order
Suggested by Eslam Elbadwy (Convergys International Europe B V) – New – 0 Comments
For example:
- if we have a PO with 4 purchase line and we confirmed it.
- After confirmation we had to delete any line (for ex line no. 2).
- The PO will get back to approved status and the line numbers will not be edited with this sequence (1,3 and 4)

Bundle should also work in the project process
Suggested by Peter Egli – New – 0 Comments
The bundle functionality is not available in project module of finance & operation as it's in sales order process. When I transfer from the work break down structure such a bundle product into an item requriement nothing happens. Of course it can't because in the regular SO process this happens with the SO confirmation. However why is the bundle functionalty not available in the project process? At least the explosion of the bundle would be easy to cover when the item requirement gets created. The picking would be the same as in the regular SO process. Just the invoicing part is tricky because we have a project invoice in place.
So the idea is, to implement the bundle functionallity in the project process as well?

Warehouse mobile app should not show both errors and warnings in the same way
Suggested by Jasmine Wang – New – 0 Comments
When we over receive a GIT order, the scanner displays warning message as error message.
When configured with work creation process - Goods in transit item receiving and put away. In the Mobile Device Menu item, there is only option for selecting "Warning" for “Over tolerance”. This is to warn the Mobile app user when they over receive a GIT order. However, the "Warning" message that pops up in the mobile is titled as "Error", which confuses users because system is allowing them to over receive. If it is an error, system should not proceed to receive the items. So, the error message was not error but just a warning.
Customer expect product team makes a change in code it should be at minimum possible to catch the Infolog level at error, warning or info. Now warehouse worker has to remember which errors are blockers which errors are not. It confused the customer.
Customer also suggest implementing this to support with a different color banner the warning (orange) and (red) for error depending on the highest level or issue. Possibly adding a symbol for waning lines and for error lines. Users suppose errors are captured from Infolog and send as plain text to the app If they would get formatted with some symbol placeholders and the app replaces them with the right logos then we should have a better solution.

Workspace Tile threshold alerting
Suggested by Jeff Hickey – New – 0 Comments
We heavily utilize custom workspaces and have hundreds of tiles inside of these Workspaces for monitoring performance across the business. This requires someone to always be keeping a close eye on all of these tiles to ensure everything is in the "Green". It would be great if Microsoft offered some sort of threshold alerting on these tiles that could send an alert and/or email an alert out. Could be something as easy as "value on tile" is above, is below, is within range, is outside range (pick one per alert) a field to fill out desired threshold value, and how often to check
Example:
- Orders Created Today Tile (value: 13,542)
- is Below 20,000
- Check daily @ 11pm
- Send email to xxxxx@xx.com
The above example would trigger the alert to run and send an email with the above information in it because the value is less than the configured threshold value.
Thanks for your consideration!
