  • Budget Analysis Inquiry Form needs to allow filtering by Budget model

    The budget analysis inquiry form should allow budget values to be filtered by budget model. The budget values column now displays a sum of all budget models (for that time), misleading and creating an erroneous financial picture.


    The current workaround is to utilise the budget analysis report, which includes this option. However, this increases the risk for customers because their end-users may use either of the available alternatives, expecting an identical outcome regardless of the option selected, and can make business decisions based on this.

  • The behaviour of a field should not change solely due to personalisation

    Using the personalisation feature to add the intent letter field to the sales order creation form causes it to lose the customer filter, displaying all intent letters instead of just those related to the selected customer.


    This field is originally available on the sales order header.
