Suggested by Nilesh Mahure – Under Review – 1 Comments
Planning optimization runs for individual parts with 2 periods in their part numbering generate an error "No items were part of this planning run. This might be due to an incorrect or non-existing item number or other criteria specified on the filter. Please check the filter criteria under Records to include FastTab in the master planning run dialog and in the Plan Filter on the master plan itself.”

Consider transport days for planning intercompany planned demand in upstream legal entities
Suggested by Shraddha Nilesh Gohel – Under Review – 0 Comments
Currently, when planning intercompany orders, a planned purchase order is created in downstream company (Legal Entity A), but the requirement dates for the planned intercompany demand created in subsequent upstream legal entities [Legal Entity B (and Legal entity C, if it is triangulation order)] are the same as that of the original requirement date in the downstream company. Please find the details below:
Legal Entity A
Demand forecast : 09/12/2024 (9th December, 2024)
Planned Purchase order (Scheduled start date/order date) : 10/10/2024 (10th October, 2024)
Planned purchase order (Requirement date) : 09/12/2024 (9th December, 2024)
Legal entity B
Planned intercompany demand (Requirement date) : 09/12/2024 (9th December, 2024)
Legal entity C
Planned intercompany demand (Requirement date) : 09/12/2024 (9th December, 2024)
Purchase lead time (legal entity A) : 60 days
Transport days (legal entity C) : 60 days
Based on the demand in Legal Entity A:
- Planned purchase orders are created in Legal Entity A from the master planning
- Corresponding planned intercompany demand are created in Legal Entity B and C. Direct delivery is happening from Legal Entity C to Legal Entity A.
- The problem is with the highlighted days Requirement dates of planned intercompany demand in Legal Entity B and Legal Entity C
Users working in the processes related to Supply chain are getting impacted, because the requirement dates of the intercompany planned demand (in the net requirements of the shipping legal entity (legal entity C)), is not considering the transport days, which is resulting in incorrect demand planning for the delivery of the intercompany orders, which is resulting in non-fulfillment of customer orders in the procuring legal entity(legal entity A). Hence, loss of revenue for the organization.

Fixed zones for items
Suggested by Fabian Runeman – Under Review – 0 Comments
Today we have the possibility to assign fixed locations to an item. The fixed locations is integrated to the location directives logic, meaning we could utizile the "Fixed location usage" to reduce the required location directive sequences per item/location.
As zones has been more and more introduced to the warehouse functionality, a similar concept for zones would be beneficial.
For example, when using replenishment it would be beneficial to be able to use a criteria like "Only fixed zones for the product" instead of having to specify each zone to be picked or put from for the combinations required for the scenario.

Add URL scheme to iOS warehouse management app
Suggested by LeBarre Kyle – Under Review – 0 Comments
Add a URL scheme (eg. "mswarehousemanagement://") to the iOS Warehouse Management app to be able to launch it from another app.
Due to iOS restrictions, we're unable to launch the mobile app through code without a URL scheme configured for the application.
There may be a requirement to launch the app via another custom application. For our case, we need to apply a custom barcode scanner configuration when the WMA app is launched. To facilitate this, we are designing a custom "launcher" app, which will set the scanner configuration and also launch WMA. Currently we don't have a great way to launch WMA from our custom launcher app without a URL scheme.

Cannot save filtered view in production floor execution interface.
Suggested by Mohamed Abdellatif – Under Review – 5 Comments
After filtering the columns in the production floor execution interface and saving it as a view, the filtered value disappears upon leaving or refreshing the form.
Despite being previously identified as a By-Design issue (857459), clients who are unable to filter and sort their jobs by highest/lowest priority may experience difficulty in managing their workload due to the high volume of jobs being created and worked on in parallel, potentially resulting in excessive scrolling.

Enable reservation in Producton control parameters per site
Suggested by Richard Lämsä – Under Review – 0 Comments
Production control parameters by site is vital for companies that run various production processes in different sites.
One site might need reservation at a different step than another site. Especially if one site is running WMS and another site is not.
However, the reservation parameter is locked for editing in Production control parameters by site. This means that current design only define reservation parameter by company. This idea is to unlock the reservation parameter to be defined by site.

Quality order generation based on a time interval
Suggested by Kevin Jones – Under Review – 0 Comments
Currently there is no functionality to have a quality order automatically generated based on a time interval i.e. have a quality order automatically generated every x number of hours against a production order which is in progress.
This functionality would allow a person who is responsible for carrying out quality inspections during production to have a series of quality orders to process against for a production order that is currently being processed.
