Expense Management - mileage re-calculation when more than 1 tier rate
Suggested by Abdallah Magdy Mohamed Elmiligy – New – 0 Comments
Issue with mileage re-calculation in expense management when multiple reports are processed, however, when posted the total changes after posting.
This happens where there is an expense category with mileage tiers more than 1 setup. But if this category is created in all LE’s – then all LE’s would have this problem
This was not possible before the new functionality with the flight, it happened when we tested the flight.
Flight name: TrvExpMileageCalculationRevisedFlight
The impact is that when an employee/manager/accountant is a part of an expense process – the expense is calculated BUT it may change when posted. So, you can expect 1 amount to be paid but a different is paid.

Displays EVM graphs and critical paths for projects and tasks
Suggested by Hiroshi Numayama – New – 0 Comments
It is not possible to display EVM graphs or critical paths for projects or tasks.
It would be useful to be able to simply check the graphs, etc., for critical tasks that have an impact on the over budget or the overall process in Project and Task.

Unable to delete the unposted subscription fee transactions
Suggested by Sreepriya Kolagani – New – 0 Comments
Not able to delete the unposted subscription fee transactions. Once subscription fees are created, they seem to be getting posted as they are showing under Project > Posted transactions. The only current way to handle this is through adjusting the price.
There should be 'delete' option and should not be considered as posted upon creation.

Discount on the total amount of the estimate.
Suggested by Noriyuki Imoto – New – 0 Comments
There is a manual discount in quotedetail, but not in quote. Therefore, it is not possible to make discount adjustments on the total amount of the estimate.

Intercompany posting toggle parameter is disabled but still can change the legal entity when trying to split.
Suggested by Babu Suneel Kolamuri – New – 0 Comments
Hi Team,
Though we toggle the Intercompany posting parameter is still disabled but still can change the legal entity when trying to split.
The system is not allowing the user to proceed further with the intercompany selection using Split functionality, however, the error message that appears is not clear.
After the expense report is approved, the posting fails since the intercompany posting is restricted.
Hope the Legal Entity field should be hidden when we try to split the credit card transactions so that the end users won't use it to fill in Legal Entity details. Thx

Cash Advance - financial dimension validation prior to submitting to workflow
Suggested by Jessica Wells – New – 1 Comments
Currently, if a user creates a cash advance and forgets to fill in the financial dimensions or they are incorrect, the system will not catch the error until the 'post and transfer' step (finance). This causes delays in the process because finance will need to set the cash advance back to a draft status and notify the user via email (outside of D365) that the cash advance coding needs to be corrected.
Validation on the financial dimensions should be done at the time the user clicks on submit.

Project Cash Flow needs to recognize On-Account opening balances
Suggested by Espen Olsen – New – 0 Comments
Today the project cash flow only includes the opening balance for the cost, not the opening balance for the on-account.
This makes the cash flow not correct.
It should either include both on-acccount and costs from opening balance or neither of them should be included.
I think the best solution should be to include both.

The financial dimension values from expense report does not transfer to project invoice proposal when the financial dimension of expense account structure is different than project dimension setup
Suggested by Alfie Ta (Tek Experts) – New – 0 Comments
The financial dimension values from expense report does not transfer to project invoice proposal when the financial dimension of expense account structure is different than project dimension setup. The project invoice proposal inherits the financial dimensions on the main account of the expense, which is set up in Account structure, instead of the dimensions in the Project setup. Therefore, some financial dimensions will become blank on project proposal and unable to post invoice proposal.
However, when comparing with the invoice journal side, the project invoice proposal is picking up all Project default dimensions even though its account structure lacks some dimensions.
This causes an inconsistency in the system behavior and has a serious impact to customers who are using this function to post project invoice proposal for expense report.

File attachment extension when emailing Project Invoice
Suggested by David Bader – New – 0 Comments
After posting project invoice proposal, the name of the project invoice report when it gets emailed has a double extension "Invoice.pdf.pdf”.
On the print parameters for File, the name is set to Invoice and then pdf selected as the file type. That then updates the file name to Invoice.pdf. On the email tab select the file type as pdf.
What appears to be happening when the Invoice is emailed is that an extra .pdf is being added to the attached document file name in the email. The file attachment is showing as Invoice.pdf.pdf.
This could possibly cause issue with Spam filters. It would be great if this can be looked at for correction in a future build of D365 Finance and Operations.
