Wish there is a future option to include an authorized project directory, not featuring an authorized project directory, (either based on advanced project accounts selected or based on project transaction history), not featuring project directory, user might potentially conventionally inquiry on project transactions and conventionally track project directory. Project directory: Authority officials, team members, vendors, customers, management, sponsors, 3rd party contractors. -

Wish there is future option to include search fields by vendor capacities (e..g annual revenue, warehouse size, liability insurance, sponsors, number of location stores, other.) featuring number of employees maybe helpful, however featuring additional fields to easily identify, filter or inquiry a project based on size or capacities, maybe potential optimum, for purpose to easy place purchase and sales order. -

Wish there is future option to identify project authorities (internal and external, including 3rd parties) for purpose to easily visualize, identify, connect, communicate, follow up, project govern, identify officials, etc. Not featuring project authorities including internal, external or 3rd parties, officials, user might potentially track project authorities officials outside the system. -

Add lines in wiew of control cost in the project

In standard wiew of All projets > Control > Cost Control In form « Cost Control » The view of Cost line is limited with 6 lignes !! We have developped a custom specific for add lines in this view and sort in order cost line for better visibility We proposed developper teams this evolution for all the customers. It would also be interesting for project managers to visualize "Invoice Control" and "Cost Control" with "projects statement " (value-Added factor and gross margin % in same form....) Thanks -
Direct Unit Costs on Resource Card based on table data

Enable the Direct Unit Costs / Indirect Cost and therefore Unit Cost on the Resource card to be based on table data. The Direct Unit Cost / Indirect Cost would show the latest values saved to the table. When processing WIP with respect to timesheets or Job Journal Entries. The value in Direct unit cost etc table would be used with corresponding dates on timesheets for example to record the direct unit cost at the particular time. Example - Resource A on the 1/10/21 Direct Costs were $20, Indirect Costs 10%, on the 20/10/21 Direct Costs changed to $30 on Indirect Costs of 20%. When processing the time sheet/ job journal on the 30/10/21 - The job journal would calculate the relevant cost for each of the periods listed above. -
Task Schedule Calculation Type functionality

There are tasks for which it is not possible to simply divide the efforts by the number of resource to calculate the duration. By setting this schedule calculation type for each task, the duration is automatically calculated by the calculation method according to each type. I think there are 4 pattern to calculate the schedule. 1. Effort based calculation. (Default) Duration = Effort / Resource * Work hours a day Efforts = 40 H Resource = 1 Work hours = 8H per day. Then, Duration = 5 Days 2. Fixed Duration Duration is fixed regardless of efforts, resource and work hours. For example, in the case of a task such as setting a machine, turning on the switch, and then waiting for a certain period of time. 3. Zero Effort Effort is zero, and duration can be defined regardless of efforts, resource and work hours. For example, if you have requested a customer and do not use the resources of your team, but you want to set only the duration because it affects the subsequent tasks. 4. Fixed End Date When the task is delayed and the end date of the task is revised regardless of efforts, resource and work hours. -

Customer can select "deprecated regions", when they create cloud hosted. This Docs says : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/deployment/deploymentfaq#what-regions-are-supported-on-self-service-in-north-america "Central US is no longer being provided as an option for self-service migrations beginning April 1, 2021." Customer claim that deprecated regions should not be able select. We requested to the below two points. - Disables the select of "deprecated regions". - If they can select it, you have to pops up of caution. -
Schedule Assistant - Personalized Default View Mode

The current design is when the schedule assitant is opened, the default view mode is automatically chosen based on the "available duration" of the filter. eg. if filtered availabe duration > 20 hours, the default view is "Days"; if > 10 days, "Weeks" is chosen I would like to add a new personalization setting which allows me to choose the default view mode. The options could be "Based on the duration"(current behavior), "Hours", "Days", "Weeks", "Months". -
Project Fee Transaction

When we try to post invoice proposals that includes fee transactions we receive following error message: The Entry for XYZ category is missing and Field Transaction ID must be filled in, hence posting has been cancelled. Once this error is shown, D365 creates on additional empty line which we do not want(The deletion of this line is time taking when client is invoicing during the month end) The solution for this is to add account in the posting profile screen, delete the line in invoice proposal screen. This deletion during month end is a tedious task and takes a lot of time, so we are suggesting to modify the codes to ensure that there is no additional line(With null values in all fields) added if there is account missing in posting profile.
