    • Ability to open Project Task with fewer clicks

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 08:33:25 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – New

For now, when user wants to go to the Project Task's detail page, 2 clicks are needed. 1. Click "Open detail" on each task. 2. Click "View detail" on the pop up shown on the right side of the screen. In order to decrease the number of clicks, please add the button to access the Project Task detail screen directly from WBS screen.
    • Usability improvement for team member selection on "Team" Tab

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 08:46:39 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – New

On the Team tab, when selecting the Generic Resource for which user wants to create a Resource Requirement, user now needs to click somewhere in the row of the record. Often, user clicks on a hyperlink or can't select a record well. So, to make it easier to select Generic Resources, please create an area for record selection on the left side of the row.
    • Submitting multiple resource requirements at once

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:12:47 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – New

Currently, to "Submit Request" from Generic Resource, user select the resource and click the button one by one. However, in real business it is common to send multiple resource requests to one administrator. Therefore, please make it possible to send multiple Resource Requests at once.
    • Ability to display the WBS / schedule grid in a larger view

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:18:04 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Needs Votes

Please enable full screen display when WBS is displayed on the schedule tab
    • On WBS, Resource search field should be able to search multiple fields on Team Member (instead of just name)

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:35:34 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – New

Currently, when user assign a named resource from the search box in the Resource Selector, user can search resource only by the name of the resource. However, in practice, there are many situations where user wants to search resource by the attribute of the resource, not by name, such as shift, position, or skill etc. Therefore, when searching for a resource with the Resource Selector, make sure that user can search not only by the name of the resource but also by other attributes of the resource.
    • Reduced time lag for schedule changes to be reflected in the Team tab

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:46:53 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Needs Votes

Currently, when user reschedule a task on the Schedule tab, there is time lag before the assignment information for the resources assigned to that task is changed on the Team tab. Due to this, Resource Requirement is often generated with the assignment information before the change. User wants your team to reduce the time lag before changes in Microsoft Project on the Schedule tab are reflected in the information in the Team tab of Project Operations.
    • Add "Undo" button in schedule tab

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:50:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – New

Please add "Undo" button on the WBS on the Schedule tab. I know the common short cut commands can be used but some users are not familiar with "Ctrl + Z" short cut.
    • Highlight the start date of a task that will start tomorrow

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 09:55:23 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Needs Votes

Currently, if the scheduled end date of the task is in the past, the end date will be highlighted in red, and if the scheduled end date is today, it will be highlighted in yellow. From the user's point of view, information on tasks that start tomorrow is also important, so be sure to highlight tasks that are scheduled to start tomorrow.
    • Please reactivate the "Manual Mode" that was used in PSA.

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 10:01:48 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Rejected

In PSA, there was a mode to calculate Duration using each of the task's Efforts and number of Resource, and a Manual Mode to turn off the correlation of each and make it editable. In Project Operations, these three relationships are always in effect, making it difficult to respond to irregular tasks. As with PSA, provide an option to turn off the Efforts, Duration, and Resource relationships.
    • Make Project for the WEB available in Project Operations.

      Tue, 28 Sep 2021 11:20:18 GMT – Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Completed

In order to download and analyze the schedule information, user need to be able to refer to the schedule information using Project for the WEB. Please deploy Project for the WEB on the Project Operations.
