Customer can select "deprecated regions", when they create cloud hosted.

"Central US is no longer being provided as an option for self-service migrations beginning April 1, 2021."
Customer claim that deprecated regions should not be able select.
We requested to the below two points.
- Disables the select of "deprecated regions".
- If they can select it, you have to pops up of caution.
