Quick create
Suggested by Thim Derks – Needs Votes – 2 Comments
This idea is generic for PowerApps/CE, not only for Field Service. I would be very helpfull if there was a setting to use a quick create form from a subgrid without the entity appears in the quick create options in the menu bar. The quick create is very helpfull for users, but the list with options in the quick create menu is long. A lot of these options that don't make sense for the end-user. -
Saving Filters

When you filter in any view, and click on any line to go to a different screen, and then click the back button you lose all of your filters. Can it keep them when going back?

Static subgrid headers within a table
Suggested by Matt Parry – New – 0 Comments
When working on a larger subgrid, as you scroll down the records listed the headers scroll off page and leaves you with no visibility of what each column reflects. With our current set up, all records must be visible at one time, which means we can't have them listed across multiple pages to keep the headers visible.
I propose that the headers within each subgrid are made static within the table, allowing you to see what each column you're editing or viewing reflects. As you scroll down the column headers will stay fixed, and the records will scroll underneath them when working on larger tables.

Ability to Customise Advanced Lookup View
Suggested by Sultan Muhammad Javaid – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
In the Advanced Lookup View for any field, it would be beneficial to have the option to change/customize columns, so that more relevant information is visible by default. Currently, the default is set by Microsoft so for example, a lookup to a primary customer asset to a work order just gives us Customer Asset Number, the Account and Created On date. As you can imagine, just having visibility of a number in a system with multiple customer assets isn't very user friendly.

Duration field update to HH:MM
Suggested by Antonia Wolf – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
In resco, the duration fields on work orders, scheduled jobs, booking journals, etc. shows the duration as HH:MM. I.e. a duration of 1 hour and 53 minutes shows as 1:53. In D365, the duration shows as 1.88 hours. It would be nice to show the duration as the HH:MM format rather than the decimal hours. This would give clarity between the technicians and dispatchers. -
Filters for Web version Field Service . Entity-level filtering does not produce the desired result
Suggested by Elena Rufova – New – 0 Comments
Thank you for considering and implementing great ideas.
We've noticed that views don't work well as filters. When you select a filter in a column, the view opens the entire list by entity. It would be cool if the filters worked the same as in Excel spreadsheets, each time limiting the list of options in the filter list dropdown list.
