  • Impact of the button - Go Back on Android mobile devices on Field Service

Problem: the user of the mobile application FS can use the "Go Back" button in the mobile application on the Android platform device. If you click several times, the user will be taken to the page for choosing an organization / environment. After that, he is forced to load the environment again and log into the application. This operation takes additional time. Notes: 1. Most Android devices have a "Go Back" button; 2. Now all the customer's resources are used in the operation of the Android device; 3 When downloading the mobile application, the start page is the booking calendar. Suggestion: the button "Go back" should bring the resource to the start page of the booking calendar and nowhere else. No matter how many times the button is pressed, the start page should always be the booking calendar.
  • Filters for Web version Field Service . Entity-level filtering does not produce the desired result

Thank you for considering and implementing great ideas.

We've noticed that views don't work well as filters. When you select a filter in a column, the view opens the entire list by entity. It would be cool if the filters worked the same as in Excel spreadsheets, each time limiting the list of options in the filter list dropdown list.
