Suggested by Philip Potgieter – New – 0 Comments
We are bombarded with login requests even Windows is now requesting logins. At some point we will stop focusing and just login without thinking to the wrong place, and only realise it was wrong when it is to late!.

Have environment level Auditing settings to see the read Audit logs for entities after turning on the Read Logs
Suggested by Anthony Dong – New – 1 Comments
Following the steps here , to get the Read/Access logs from Purview portal for Dataverse read logs, users need to enable Auditing settings for different entities one by one.
- Single record auditing. Log a record when opened.
- Multiple record auditing. Log all records displayed on an opened page.
Customer needs to set the audit settings in several different places to get logs flowing into Microsoft Purview Compliance portal properly. Ideally customers would be able to set the requirement for all entities to do read level logging at the environment level.

Poland in Europa (Europe) Environment in Power Platform
Suggested by Tomasz PiwoÅ„ski – New – 0 Comments
Dear All,
I have installed On-premise Gateway on my local server choosing Poland as my region. I have been using it to send data to Power BI Services. That process worked well. However when I've tried to conect to my Gateway in Power Automate Online Environment, it was impossible, because Gateway located in Poland was not visible in Europa Environment in Power Platform, so I could not choose one. When I was testing West Europe (installing Gateawy in that region), it worked perfectly for Power Automate, but unfortunately, I could not connect to Power BI Services with such installation of Gateway, when my region was different than Poland.
Please fix this issue.
Kind regards,
Tomasz

Cannot search or filter images in the Power Pages Design Studio image component
Suggested by Paul Hettler – New – 0 Comments
The Image component in Design Studio allows users to choose an existing image from the website, and shows images by thumbnail, which is an improvement on the previous system.
However, all the images on the site are listed in one long block. While the user can select the page to upload images to using Advanced Tools, it does not allow filtering based on that parent page. Nor is it possible to search images by name or partial url.
We have sites with hundreds of images - please add a search filter that allows searching by name, partial url, and parent page.

No ability to upload files in Power Pages Design Studio
Suggested by Paul Hettler – New – 0 Comments
While the new image component in Design Studio allows for a simple upload process, there is no corresponding upload feature for any other file type eg PDF. Previously, in the Frontend editor, you could click on the ckeditor link button to add a file to the system. Sadly, this means the DS is less capable than your previous product.
Our users are often adding PDF files to download. Currently, there is no way to do this in Design Studio. Please address this. Perhaps the image uploader could be modified so it can handle both images and files?
Both the file selector and image selector should allow for search (by name or partialurl), or filtering by parent page. It is currently very hard to find the correct file in a site with hundreds of images/files. Please add a search filter to the image / file browser.

Option to select field to use for SharePoint integration folder structure
Suggested by Billy Ewton – New – 0 Comments
I recently encountered an issue with SharePoint integration on a Portal site where, after adding several new fields to a custom table, uploaded documents were being saved to a different folder in SharePoint than where they were originally being uploaded to. I have SharePoint integration configured to create the folder structure based on the Contact entity. The new fields I created in the custom table were lookup fields to the Contacts table. This resulted in each field creating a new one-to-many relationship with the Contacts table.
According to Microsoft, the logic that creates the folder structure in this scenario will create that folder structure based on the column with a one-to-many relationship with the Contacts table. Since I now had multiple columns that fit this description, the logic did not know which one I wanted to use so it uploaded documents to the root of my SharePoint document library instead.
I would like to request a feature that will allow us to select the one-to-many relationship to use for the folder structure in this scenario.

TDS automated refresh for movement to UAT for PowerApps
Suggested by Elise Mckelvey – New – 0 Comments
I am a user and when I make PowerApps for my company that integrate Power BI and move from a development environment to UAT. I have to contact my PowerApps support and get them to manually turn on and off the TDS to connect PBI to the new environment. This should be automated or redesigned as it can take days to officially start my UAT depending on the availability of the PowerApps support team.
