With a capability for Azure Front Door instances to connect PowerApps Portal comes, we can securely benefit them at most. But since public can directly access the PowerApps through it backend url ([name].powerappsportals.com) this could expose to a new hole for security concerns as Front Door cannot evaluate all traffic going through there.
Although Azure Front Door can be the only one traffic to an app, we cannot implement it in PowerApps as Azure Front Door have a dynamic IP and PowerApps only able to restricts by IP.
If we can achieve that in PowerApps, it will be a big win for everyone.

While click on Hyperlink it is opening new session

Business Users are raised one concern
if you open advance find from Customer Service Workspace app, then open any record from advance find,
it is opening with new session window
this session window is confusing users and always loading whole new window.

How to subscribe form close event

Side Panes to be Load/Unload on particular views. The scenario is we need to unload side panes when we navigate to other views. Currently Panes are behaving as excepted we need to do couple of refreshes to make them visible/hide. If we set this on close event of a form, it will be easy for this scenario.

Filter portal case timeline to only display external facing e-mails

Currently you can only filter on what type of activity to display in the case timeline, but not on who is the sender or receiver of an e-mail. As we use the case timeline for both external as well as internal e-mail, I would like to filter out internal e-mails from the portal case timeline.
Showing all e-mails on the portal timeline is not an option for us, but not displaying any e-mails limits the information provisioning to the customer. An additional filter option on the activity Portal Timeline view for filtering on e-mail sender and receiver would be great.

Indication on screen when loading

When creating or editing an case in the Customer Service Workspace, there are different dropdown list that an agent has to select from. As the dropdown list holds too much data, the data usually displays a number of data, then loads, and then display the next chunk of data. The current issue is that the page did not indicate that it is loading while the data is loading.
This resulted in a msiconception that what the agent is looking for don't exist in the dropdown list for selection and close the list which in actual fact, if they wait a little longer, the data will be displayed. Hence, this idea is to have an indication when the list is still loading. Probably a "loading..." sign is good at the end of the dropdown list.
This issue will definitely worsen and becomes more obvious as the data definitely will increase overtime, and the loading time will be longer. Especially when it comes to the product type and case type dropdown selection. A number of agents have already mentioned this issue. I sincerely hope you will look into this matter and implement this idea.

Display on screen when loading

I would like to suggest an idea that the page should display a sign "loading..." when any field is still loading.
When creating or editing a new case, agents will have to select different dropdown list fields.
When the dropdown display a list of data, and there are too many data, will data will load and display part by part. Currently the issue is that when it is still loading, there is no indication to the agents. So, the agent thought that there's no such selection from the dropdown list. However, if you wait longer, the data will then be shown.
This resulted in a misconception that the data doesn't exist, the user do not know that the data is still loading since there's no indication. The data will definitely increase overtime and the loading will definitely take a longer time, this is understandable. Hence, i would like to suggest that the product team can look into adding this feature as there's a group of agents facing the same issue.

View Duplicate detection

If you create a duplicates detection job, you will get a view with detected duplicates with only 12 records and below that the view with possible duplicates. This screen is considered user-unfriendly by users. Is it possible to improve these views in the product?

Adding Font size in decimal number

We wanted to know if there is any possibilities to add Font size in decimal as well.
For Knowledge Articles we believe users should get an option to select or add font size as per their requirement, e.g. 10.5.
It will allow the users to customize the Article based on their requirement.

Ability to create blank new main forms for default entities, currently creating a new main form will auto populate with all of the fields when this is not needed most of the time.
Giving users the ability to choose would improve the experience and cut a significant amount of time.
