Currently only supports updating an existing record. The interface is better than quick create, so it would be useful to use it for creating new records.

Allow option set values to be removed from drop downs (field shows active options only) without losing the data in all records that referenced that option.

Restrict connection record lookup based on role
The record From/To lookup for a connection will search most entities, even if that entity is not compatible with the role. An error will occur when saving, but the lookup should exclude records that are not compatible rather than allowing them to be selected and then failing to save.

The font size and field padding leaves very little space for showing data, particularly problematic with attendee lists, subject fields or long account names.

Auto naming records based on values within fields requires workflows. It should be possible to set the name of a record to other fields concatenated together. Business rules currently do not support concatenation.
