Add option to Default Dimension drop down
Currently there are 4 options on default dimensions: code mandatory, same code, no code, or blank. None of these account for this following scenario: Client wants to restrict G/L account 1000 from using a specific dimension value. For example, dimension = department, dimension values = 00, 01, ...
