Lead disqualification


There is still a lot of ambiguity in the definition of a lead:

  • older version of Dynamics CRM: unqualified data that has to be checked

Current version of Dynamics CE: a potential opportunity


This implies the following:

Extra date filter "Most recent record"


When creating segments using related information (typically 1:N) it is often needed to query only for the "most recent record". e.g.

  • most recent opportunity
  • most recent invoice


It seems there is no way to sort and/or filter related records.

Display submitted webform - easy to read for (sales) users


For a lot of customers a single submitted webform equals a single lead record. The issue is that the info might be spread throughout different fields on the lead record and there might also be unmapped fields.

As a marketeer I would like to have the option to either

  • add or remove
  • a lead or contact
  • this could be the person going through the journey
  • or a contact/lead that is linked to a record in or linked to the trigger
