For a lot of customers a single submitted webform equals a single lead record. The issue is that the info might be spread throughout different fields on the lead record and there might also be unmapped fields.

  • Marketing users can navigate from the lead to the "source webform" to the "submissions" to have a better info. But this requires a lot of clicks and is still not very clear since the submitted values don't have the right sort or order value.
  • For sales users, there is no real way to see all submitted info in one location (having to navigate to the source form to submitted values etc is way too complex).

It would be good to link the actual "Marketing form submission" to the lead record that is created from the form and to provide a control that either:

  1. Displays the "Marketing field submission" records ("marketing form field" : "Field value"). But as said, the right field order is essential
  2. Uses the actual "web form" HTML layout to and uses the "marketing field submission" records to complete the web form and display it as it was submitted by the lead/contact.
