Edit in Excel/Send to Excel
Being able to filter the data before sending it to Excel and/or being able to manage the Excel add-in in order to use filters so data volume can be limited before it's sent to/retrieved in Excel.

Ability to change columns order in Column Layouts
It's currently not possible to change the order of the columns in Column Layouts (they show/print from top to bottom) so the user has to enter them in the order he wants them. The option to change the columns’ order would be a good improvement.
