It's currently not possible to change the order of the columns in Column Layouts (they show/print from top to bottom) so the user has to enter them in the order he wants them. The option to change the columns’ order would be a good improvement.

This feedback appears to be about columns of fields in list pages. You can now personalize your workspace by re-ordering columns in any list. To do this, go to the menu in the top right corner, click Personalize, then drag and drop the column header within the list.
