Could you add the Vendor Invoice number to the purchase invoice list view?

Job posting
When closing a job is closed it appears the date is being captured by the system date and not the posting date that is keyed when prompted.
This causes timing issues on posted the WIP entries.
Can this be fixed or is this a user issue?
