Log for Publish, Install and Uninstall of Apps

Hello, It would be helpful if we get a log for when and who has installed or uninstalled an app. We have the deployment status, but there is no user logged. And If you have installed or uninstalled an app, there is no log for it who or when it happened. Best Regards Bernhard Kloibmüller
