Log for Publish, Install and Uninstall of Apps

Hello,

It would be helpful if we get a log for when and who has installed or uninstalled an app.

We have the deployment status, but there is no user logged.
And If you have installed or uninstalled an app, there is no log for it who or when it happened.

Thank you for this suggestion! In 2021 Release Wave 2 we have added environment application lifecycle events to the Operations page in the Tenant Administration Center:

In 2022 Release Wave 1 we are adding the same signals to AppInsights, along with various other environment lifecycle signals.
