Remove Object ID's
This concept of a number as the id for an object is entirely outdated and is a hinderance to modern development in VS Code. Rumors abound that MS is eventually going to do this, but no ideas suggest this. Let's stop working around this legacy model and just remove it altogether.
Allow users to specify their preferred default view
On the menu for saved views within a page, we have "Save as", "Rename", "Remove", "Use shared layout". Could we add another option for "Set as Default"?
