Adding task in subgrid not populating regading field when you click new "+" button


Here is the steps to reproduce this error

1. In account entity add subgrid by choosing task as entity (related)
2. Open any existing account record and in the task subgrid click "+" new button
3. It will not populate regarding field value by default.

Assigning record does not triggere workflow that set to trigger on " Record is assigned"
