D365 CE Sent Items Should not end up under Queues


When a user triggered the "Reply all" and "Forward" action in an email linked to a queue in D365 CE, the sent items are sent back under the same queue thus creating duplicate record. Now that queue is specifically for Sales which creates orders in the system, so now it creates duplicate record...
