When a user triggered the "Reply all" and "Forward" action in an email linked to a queue in D365 CE, the sent items are sent back under the same queue thus creating duplicate record. Now that queue is specifically for Sales which creates orders in the system, so now it creates duplicate records which we want to avoid, we already raised this Microsoft support and they responded that it is an expected behavior.


This should not be the behavior, the system should be able to identify if a queue record is a sent item or duplicate record and automatically removes it from the queue
