Update solution package "msdyn_SalesIntegrationsAddOns" from PPAC directly
- Since "msdyn_SalesIntegrationsAddOns" isn't included in environment DB template.
- So it will not get latest version when Reset/New environment.
- Wish user can run update manually from CRM
