Update solution package "msdyn_SalesIntegrationsAddOns" from PPAC directly

  1. Since "msdyn_SalesIntegrationsAddOns" isn't included in environment DB template.
  2. So it will not get latest version when Reset/New environment.
  3. Wish user can run update manually from CRM
