Current Behavior

1. The solution “Test” is configured with Source Control.
2. When I add an entity “test2” using “Add existing”, Source Control correctly detects the change.
3. When I add an existing entity “test” from another solution using “Add to a solution”, the entity is successfully added to the solution.
4. However, Source Control only detects the change for the “test2” entity and does not detect the entity added via “Add to a solution”.

Expected Behavior

Source Control should be able to detect and synchronize solution components that are added using “Add to a solution”, in the same way as components added via “Add existing”.
