Ability to Delete Stopped unrecoverable Workflow
There should be a mechanism for System Administrators to be able to delete Workflow Instances with a Status of 'Stopped (error)', that on Resuming show a 'Failed to find workflow' error. Otherwise these will just sit there forever. These are listed in the WorkflowStatus page.
