When running the User Licence Count report:
System administration>Enquiries>User Licence Counts
Make the Parameter 'Date for Named User Licence Count' dynamic.
Making this date parameter dynamic would enable a monthly recurring Batch Job to be set and this date would change accordingly to for example today for each batch run.
i.e if this was set as 01/02/2021 and then set as a monthly recurring batch job, we would want the next run to have this date as 01/03/2021 etc.
