Into NAV 201x it is possible to send notes between users. It can not be sent in BC.

When I program a report to execute at night, it get into report inbox. When I try to open the file (word or pdf) it does not open.
Control item and customer creation from lookups on purchase documents

New status (Rejected) for sales and purchase quotes.
It would be very useful to add a new status for quotes (sales and purchase). Many of them are rejected by the customer or vendor. We need to know if a quotation has been accepted or rejected and even why, when I go to archives. At this moment I can not know which one has been accepted or rejected...
Select all the rows on a list page.
We miss the option to select all the rows on a list page as we do on NAV 201x. Many times we need to select all the rows to delete them or to copy on Excel.
Send a document by mail to several contacts from a customer or vendor.
We need to send a document by mail to all the customer or vendor contacts. For example, a sales invoice to a CFO, and sales manager. At this moment, only a mail is shown. It will be useful can choose from all the mails from all the contacts included into a customer or vendor.
